This year marks Emily’s fifteenth at the Trinity-Pawling School. She came to us from Phillips Exeter in 2003. While at Exeter, she worked as an athletic trainer and lived in a boys dorm. This school year she will teach two sections of Anatomy and Physiology as well as a section of Environmental Science. She spends each afternoon in the athletic training room, keeping the T-P boys injury free. Emily spends one night a week working with the boys in Owen House throughout the school year and is the advisor to the Zeal (school spirit) Club.
Growing up mostly in the Midwest, Emily graduated from Oak Park River Forest High School, outside of Chicago. She then went on to graduate from Anderson University (Indiana) with a B.A. in Athletic Training and a minor in Physical Education.
In her free time, Emily enjoys reading, singing, outdoor activities, knitting, chatting with friends and all sorts of creative projects. Emily also loves to travel. Besides getting back to Chicago to visit her four brothers, her parents live in Guatemala, and she looks forward to her visits with them each year. She has also enjoyed visiting Thailand, the Philippines, various Caribbean Islands and her relatives in Sweden.
Emily is married to Keith, a 5th grade teacher in nearby Carmel, NY. The Tuccis, Cameron (17) Kiera (15) Tage (7), Greta (5), live in Henderson Farmhouse and love being a part of the T-P family.
