Applying to T-P

A campus visit is required of all candidates and we prefer, whenever possible, that families visit when school is in session so they can meet our students. Appointments can be arranged, along with a campus tour, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday and Saturday classes end at noon, therefore, the last appointments of those days are scheduled at 11:00 a.m. If possible, candidates should visit in the fall or winter terms. Applicants are required to secure a transcript from their current school, submit recommendations from their English and math teachers, complete the biographical outline and essay, and sit for the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Candidates who submit completed applications by February 1st are notified by March 10th and have one month to respond. After April 10th, admissions is on a rolling basis as space permits.

International Students: All International Students are required to sit for the TOEFL Test if they have not already taken the SSAT. In additon, all applications from international candidates must be submitted through the web site. The school will not accept downloaded, hand-written applications from international candidates. A copy of the passport page with students full name and birth date should be sent to the Office of Admission as soon as you have submmitted an application.
