Grades Online Overview
Access to a student's grades throughout the school year will be available to you using our grades online system. All students grades are uploaded electronically. Please see the list below for dates grades will be available online.
A username and password will be issued for all new students. Parents/Guradians will received one user name and password per family. This information will be mailed home for new students in early Fall. Username and passwords do not expire, they will be used for the duration the student is at Trinity-Pawling School. Once you are logged into the grade system, you have the ability to change this information.
Please note, if you did not provide the School with an email address you will not be able to access grades online. Contact Linda Improta with this information at the following email address Limprota@trinitypawling.org We must have a valid email address on file to issue new students a username and password for access to the web grade system.
For all Parents of students attending Trinity-Pawling School. It is extremely important that we have your current email address on file. This will ensure you receive notifications from the school via email. If you have changed your email address make sure you update this information. Your email address can be updated directly online. Preliminary Grades September 26 (Fall 1 MP are in house grades only)
The Preliminary grades are letter grades only and are kept in house. They will not be available online. These grades are available for students so they can gauge their progress during the first two weeks of school. The first online marking period will be numerical grades and they will be available to all on online starting October 13, 2009.

Weeklies
Weekly reports are for those students who are on academic probation. The same username and password is used for weeklies and grades online. Weeklies are available online every Wednesday by 3:00 p.m. These weeklies reflect a student's previous week's progress in his classes. Similar to grades, weeklies will not be mailed home unless you make a request to the Director of Studies office. You may email this request to Karen Presser in the registrar's office.

Registering New Students for Grades Online
All new students will be registered automatically by Linda Improta, the Assistant Director of Technology. All parents/guardians of new students will be mailed information on the web grade system along with a username and password. You will receive this information by early Fall. Usernames and passwords do not expire, they will remain with your child for as long as he is a student at Trinity-Pawling School. Please keep this information in a safe place so you can access grades online. Once you are logged into the web grade system, you have the ability to change this information and set up your own username and password. Please note that if you change your username online it can only be alpha numeric. No (. - @ ) will be accepted. It must be only letters and or numbers.

How to Update, Change or Correct Information
To update, change or correct your information you must log into the web grade system with your username and password. Once you are logged in you will see on the left hand side:

Please click on the one that applies to you and follow the instructions. This information will update our school records as well as the grades online information. It is very important that you update your email address if it has changed. This will ensure that you will receive important email notifications from the school.
How to Reset a Password for Grades Online
If you have lost or forgotten your password to view grades or weeklies online please follow these directions:
Go to the login page for grades online. On the left corner of the page you will see "I forgot my Password" click this. A reset page will follow with instructions. Here you will enter your username. Once you enter your username click the reset password button, a new password will be emailed to the email address we have on file. Should you have further questions you can email Linda Improta
