Soccer - 3rd vs. Kent School

Event Type: Regular
Advantage:Away

Date: September 30, 2017

Result:Loss
Score:0-3

Event Recap:
It was to be Lions hosting the Pride on a rainy day at Kent. Light rain at the start did little to dampen a back and fourth opening to the match. Kent began to win the physical battles in the midfield, leading to a goal at the 20 minute mark of the first half. Goalie Lucas Hughes lead the recovery; T-P would bounce back to hold that score until halftime. With more players to draw on, Kent was able to take control of the game in the second half, putting two more shots in to bring the score to 0-3. Good play by T-P midfielders Jackson McAvoy and Aidan Morgan wasn't quite enough to generate scoring chances. The Pride will take the field against Gunnery at home next Wednesday, 10/4.
