Basketball - Varsity
Trinity-Pawling begins another season of basketball with the challenge of continuing the long-standing tradition of successful teams. Well-earned respect not only comes from winning records, but also from teams that have displayed good sportsmanship over the years. Trinity-Pawling is a New England Class A team and competes against such schools as Avon, Berkshire, Canterbury, Choate, Hotchkiss, Kent, and Taft in the Founder’s and Tri-State Leagues. Over the past 40 years, Trinity-Pawling has won over 600 games, been league champions 29 times, and earned New England Championships in 1994 and 2005.
The School is proud that so many players continue to play in college. Pride players are or have played at the Division I, II and III levels. Below is a list of schools that have had Pride Basketball players:
AIC, Trinity, U of New England, Franklin & Marshall, George Washington, Providence, Yale, College of Charleston, Pittsburgh, UMass, Stonybrook, Cal/Bakersfield, SUNY/Oswego, SUNY/Cortland, Dickinson, Delaware, NJIT, Southern University Wesleyan, Springfield, Marist, Bowdon, LIU, Syracuse, NYIT and SNHU
