Mike joined Trinity-Pawling School in 2003 after working for ten years as a Senior Project Manager at an environmental consulting firm in Connecticut. As a consultant, Mike specialized in industrial environmental compliance. He regularly brings his field experience and project related stories to the chemistry and environmental science classrooms. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Environmental Science at Bowdoin College in 1992, Mike attended Yale University’s School of Forestry & Environmental Studies where he received a Master’s degree in Environmental Science. At Bowdoin, he captained both the football and baseball teams. At T-P, Mike teaches Chemistry and Environmental Science, coaches Football, serves as the Head Varsity baseball coach, and is the Senior Class Advisor.
Mike resides in Anderson House with his wife Sue (an ICU and Emergency Department Nurse at Danbury Hospital), Larry (16) and Joe (14), and their daughter Veronica (7). When Mike is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, fishing and playing sports.

Josh is a 1995 graduate of Trinity-Pawling who is beginning his sixteenth year of teaching at T-P. While a student, Josh played varsity football, hockey, and baseball.
He furthered his studies at Hartwick College where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology and completed his Masters Degree in Earth and Planetary Studies at Western Connecticut State University.
Josh is the Dean of Students, teaches Middle School Earth Science, as well as trimester courses in Meteorology, Astronomy, and Geology.
Outside of the classroom, he coaches Varsity Baseball and facilitates the Junior Ropes Course Leadership Program.
While not at Trinity-Pawling, the Collins' enjoy skiing, the beaches of Rhode Island, and traveling to their family’s house in Roatan, Honduras to enjoy sunshine, scuba diving, and snorkeling.
Josh, his wife Aniece, their sons Hayden and Wyatt, and daughter Sofia reside in Haughey House.
