On January 3, 2017, parents of the junior class joined their sons for workshops on the College Counseling Program at Trinity-Pawling School. Over 50 families attended, and 71 people viewed the presentations via live webcast.
A program designed to begin the process of developing a list of potential colleges, the day was chock-full of presentations and interactive panels with admissions representatives from several Colleges and Universities including Marist College, Skidmore College, and Penn State University. Slade Mead, Director of College Counseling at Trinity-Pawling, moderated and discussed the college process. There was also a break-out session on Financial Aid, and a presentation that included an overview of our signature programs, including the Dunham committee and the Senior Independent Projects.
