At Trinity-Pawling, we understand the need for specific guidance when it comes to college athletic recruitment. Whether a student chooses to pursue athletics at the Division I, II, or III level, our knowledgeable college counseling team offers the support and resources necessary to guide each student and family through the recruiting process.

NCAA Eligibility Center

All Division I and II athletes must be cleared by the NCAA Eligibility Center prior to taking part in any NCAA-sanctioned team activities. Students should first register for the NCAA Eligibility Center after their junior year. Their final NCAA status cannot be determined until they have completed their high school career and receive a diploma. Trinity-Pawling will submit a final transcript for each student that has registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center following their graduation. All questions pertaining to the NCAA Eligibility Center should be directed to Mr. Harff.

Contact with College Coaches

We advise that all aspiring NCAA athletes (Division I, II, or III), as well as aspiring club athletes, speak with their Trinity-Pawling coach to develop a plan of action — this includes summer camps, showcases, contacting college coaches, and more. We also strongly suggest that each student-athlete keep their Trinity-Pawling coach informed of any contact they may have with college coaches.

Attending Trinity-Pawling helped me mature as a hockey player and a young man. It gave me the experience and
education I needed to make it to the next level.
