Dear Parents,
Thank you for your request to have your son learn remotely during the Spring Term. We are pleased that this can be facilitated. Please note the important provisions regarding remote learning during the Spring Term:
- Unless time zones prevent it, it will be the expectation that all classes will be attended synchronously.
- The expectations for remote learning are outlined here.
- If a student would like to retrieve any belongings from his dorm room on campus, please make arrangements for pick-up before March 26 or after graduation in May. Please reach out to Dean of Residential Life Dutch Keel at dkeel@trinitypawling.org to make pick-up arrangements.
- The only re-entry period for the Spring Term will be the weekend of April 24-25.
- Those students returning to the campus that weekend must have had 5 continuous days of home quarantine before their return.
- Those students returning to the campus that weekend must return with proof of a negative COVID PCR test taken within that 5-day period.
- Students will be quarantined on campus until they have a second negative PCR test.
- Seniors must return to campus on that weekend if they plan to participate in an in-person graduation at the end of May.
- Per the School's policy, there are no refunds to the room and board fees for those who are otherwise able to be present on campus.
