Dear Day Student Parents,

I hope everyone enjoyed a well-deserved Spring Break. With the Winter Term behind us and remote classes underway, I wanted to reiterate and share a few details concerning the opening days of the in-person Spring Term.

We have been very successful over the past two terms with in-person classes, and the School is determined to have a safe and successful Spring Term as well. In order to do so, there are a few requirements that must be fulfilled. First, all students are required to upload a negative PCR COVID-19 test in the Magnus Health Portal before arriving to campus. Due to timing, it would be best to complete this testing before Saturday, March 27th. Also, due to an abundance of caution, we are also asking all Day Students to observe a home quarantine this week, minimize communal interactions, and avoid gatherings that exceed a limit of 10 individuals. It is also important that as the Spring Term progresses, students and families adhere to these same guidelines to ensure we may continue with in-person classes, athletics, and all that Trinity-Pawling has to offer.

Below is a schedule for the next two weeks. Again, it is imperative that each student arrives at the Smith Field House during the allotted times to complete the School's COVID-19 testing on April 1st.

8:00 AM-10:00 AM: COVID Testing at Smith Field House*

*This is required for all Day Students. Moving forward, Day Student Testing will occur every Wednesday morning from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM in the Smith Field House. Should a student miss a testing day, they may not return to campus until a negative PCR COVID test result is obtained.
