Dear Parents of the Class of 2021,

It is hard to believe that the school year has come to an end and the Commencement Exercises for the Class of 2021 will take place on this Sunday, May 30, 2021. The outdoor ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM on the quad, rain or shine. Box lunches will be available for graduates and guests following the celebration. As we prepare for the safe and in-person celebration on Sunday, we have provided several important updates below. Please review them carefully. If you are unable to attend the in-person event, please see the Livestream Information also provided below.

Updated Entry Requirements

Due to the recent changes in the New York State Department of Health guidelines, our requirements for entry to the Commencement ceremony have also changed. A PCR test or proof of vaccination is no longer needed. Instead, every guest, regardless of age, is required to complete this Health Screening and Contact Tracing Form. Please print a hard copy for everyone in your party and complete this form on the morning of graduation. Forms will be collected as you drive onto the campus.

Livestream Information

As a reminder, this year's Commencement ceremony is only open to the graduating class, their families, faculty, and staff. All others wishing to support the Class of 2021 may watch the livestream of the event. The Commencement Exercises will be livestreamed to the Trinity-Pawling YouTube channel, and will be made available for viewing at a later date. The livestream link will also be provided via the School's website and social media platforms on the day of graduation.

RSVP

If you have not already done so, please be sure to complete the RSVP form for the Commencement Exercises. If you plan to attend the event in person, we kindly ask families to limit their number of guests to 2, if possible, to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Additionally, please note that the Commencement Exercises will be held on the grass. Please keep this in mind as you select your footwear for the day.

To recap the updates provided in this communication, please be sure to complete the two following steps prior to the Commencement event on Sunday:

Complete your RSVP form as soon as possible to inform us of your attendance.
Print and complete the Health Screening and Contact Tracing Form on the morning of graduation. Please be sure that each member of your party completes a form.
