Trinity-Pawling is working with a local pharmacy to facilitate COVID-19 booster vaccines for students that would be administered here on campus. We are attempting to secure the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. At this time, we are at the point in our planning where we need to gauge the interest in the booster so that we have an accurate idea of how many vaccines of each type we should work to secure. Using this form, please indicate if you are interested in having your son receive the COVID-19 booster vaccine. Please respond to the form by Wednesday, January 19th in order to be considered.
