Boys find a home away from home on Trinity-Pawling’s active 230-acre campus, nestled in New York’s Hudson Valley, just 60 miles from New York City. The campus boasts a beautiful, contemporary arts center with a 400-seat theater, a recently renovated historic chapel, and a picturesque quad featuring seating areas for student gathering. At the center of campus is Cluett, which incorporates the Gardiner Library and Learning Commons with a MakerSpace, a student center, administrative offices, the School Store, faculty apartments, and student dormitories.
The Dann Academic Building houses classrooms, a modern science and technology wing, and the Allen Reading and Writing Lab, which is home base for the Center for Learning Achievement.
The Smith Field House serves as the central hub of our athletic facilities, connecting the wrestling pavilion, squash courts, basketball court, and ice rink. At approximately 20,000 square feet, the field house is the largest building on campus — it houses a gymnasium with two full basketball courts with upper-level spectator seating, a terrace gathering space, and an Alumni and Athletic Hall of Fame Room.
Other campus buildings include All Saints' Chapel, Scully Dining Hall, the Pond House environmental classroom, Gamage Greenhouse on the School’s working farm, a 16-bed Health and Wellness Center, 8 student dormitories, and faculty homes.
Trinity-Pawling offers a learning environment for boys, featuring dynamic, student-centered spaces that beautifully blend classic and modern — combining decades of history and tradition with a progressive approach to teaching 21st-century skills.

Athletic Facilities
Our campus includes the David N. Coratti Field, a turf field for football, soccer, and lacrosse; three natural grass lacrosse and soccer fields; the newly renovated Mo Vaughn ’86 Baseball Field, the only turf baseball field in the Founders League; an all-weather track; a tennis pavilion with nine pristine courts; and four miles of single-track plus 1.5 miles of double-track mountain biking trails. The Tirrell Hockey Rink, Hubbard Basketball Court, McGraw Wrestling Pavilion, Rock Squash Courts, Carleton Center, and indoor batting facility are housed in the Smith Field House.
Campus Facilities
Cluett
Cluett stands at the center of campus and houses the Gardiner Library and Learning Commons with an I-Site ideology lab, a student center, administrative offices, the School Store, faculty apartments, and student dormitories. Cluett is one of the three oldest buildings on campus.
Gardiner Library and Learning Commons
Gardiner Library and Learning Commons is the center of design thinking on campus. With a skilled and attentive staff who facilitates brainstorming, collaboration, and problem solving, the “Commons” is a resource center where boys can bring their curiosity, develop their ideas, and learn research skills and digital citizenship.
Smith Field House
With the completion of the Smith Field House in the fall of 2017, it is now the largest building on campus. The 20,000-square-foot facility houses a gymnasium, two full basketball courts, a baseball batting cage, a workout area, locker rooms, a trophy area, and an Alumni and Athletic Hall of Fame room that showcases awards and school athletic memorabilia. The building not only serves as a state-of-the-art athletic facility, but is also enjoyed daily as a student social center and gathering space.
Gardiner Arts Center
The Arts at Trinity-Pawling are housed in the Gardiner Arts Center, a showpiece in itself. The Arts Center features a 400-seat theater, several acoustically-designed rehearsal spaces, a set shop, practice rooms, pottery and painting studios, and a photo lab. From morning to night, weekdays and weekends, the Arts Center is alive with the creative energy of our students.
Dann Academic Building
The Dann Academic Building houses classrooms, a state-of the-art science and technology wing, a Mac lab and digital studio, a lecture hall, and the Allen Reading Room, which is home-base for the Center for Learning Achievement.
All Saints’ Chapel
All Saints’ Chapel is the center of spiritual life at the School. Sunday services and daily Chapel gatherings have been held there for over 100 years, and it has been the centerpiece of traditional events, including Stepping Up, Opening of School, Candlelight, and countless chapel talks.
Scully Dining Hall
Scully Dining Hall is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified, geothermal dining facility. It is open seven days a week, providing three meals a day, and snacks in between meals. Catering is provided by the CulinArt Group, which is committed to wholesome, nutritious meal preparation, food safety, and sustainability.
