Cross Country - Varsity

Signup for an alert reminder.

The overall goal of the Trinity-Pawling Cross Country program is to provide a supportive environment where young men can grow as student-athletes. Runners of all ability levels are encouraged to participate and to make a commitment to academic and athletic growth. Student-athletes are challenged to formulate both individual and team goals and provided with an appropriate training program where each student-athlete can work to achieve these goals.

The coaching staff works with each runner to monitor their progress, and to provide appropriate feedback as to how to continually improve. Ultimately, success is defined by individual growth and a growing appreciation for the sport. The team participates in regular season meets against Founders League Schools and in both the Founders League and NEPSTA Division I championship meets at the end of the season.
